VP of Sales Representative - ICBC International Holdings Limited

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationship with SOEs and large enterprises to develop Equity and Bond primary & secondary trading and financing opportunities including margin financing, bond repo, structure notes, etc.；
2. Execute trading instruction and financing projects, prepare investment proposal, financing report and other materials related；
3. Collaborate and cooperate with internal departments to explore other investment and financing business opportunities and provide comprehensive products proposal to clients；
4. Perform account Opening and KYC related work；
5. Consolidate and prepare business data and materials.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree of above in Finance or related discipline;
2. 7 years or above work experience in Corporate Sales or Relationship Management of Corporates;
3. Knowledge in Fixed Income, equity-linked products, etc.;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
5. Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
6. Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin; Both written and verbal communication skills;
8. Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
