Operations Manager 營運經理 - Wan Chai (Ref: OPS0806)

Responsibilities:

• Managethe daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts in Southern District

• Act as a business partner to develop and maintain relationships with clients

• Collaborate closely with internal parties of Head Office to ensure site operations in compliance with legislation, Company's policies and directions

• Lead the operations team for maximizing the operation efficiency and effectiveness

• Develop and enhance service quality standards for continuous improvement to meet clients' needs

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience inservicing industry preferably incleaningbusinessorproperty management

• Customer-oriented with good leadership and problem solving skills

• Good team player with strong sense of commitment and responsibilities

• Candidates with less experiencewillbe considered as Assistabt Operations Manager
