Team Head, Mortgage Services

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to drive mortgage loan business
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, such as property agencies, to expand customer base
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure the team is meeting its sales targets
• Ensure business procedures is in comply with the relevant rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in mortgage business field, with team leading exposure preferred
• Strong communication skill and risk awareness
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) would be an advantage
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
