Area Sales Manager

Our client aUS based logistics company, a market leaderwho provide global supply chain solutions, she is now urgently seeking an experienced Corporate Area Sales Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong

Job Description

• Report to Sales Director in Hong Kong
• Lead team to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure professional company image and quality customer service
• Develop and execute business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share
• Lead and drive team to achieve new business acquisition and sales KPIs and ensure quality revenue
• Monitor territory sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports and make improvement recommendations
• Monitor sales systems and processes and ensure adherence to corporate standards and guidelines, and at the same time initiate ways for continuous improvement
• Monitor individual team member’s performance, motivate and engage team by providing direction, coaching and training, while maintaining a hands‑on approach with major customers

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in people manager role, preferably in supply chain/logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
• Proven track records of driving sales achievements and business growth
• Strong business acumen with good analytical and decision making skills
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance
• Strong planning, organizing and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
