We are seeking a versatile and growth-oriented professional to manage our retail backend infrastructure while supporting business expansion initiatives. This role requires strong commercial acumen and numerical sensitivity to assist in new project setups, channel development, and partner execution. Key Responsibilities: • Store Sales Uplift & BD: Proactively develop and execute store promotions, marketing campaigns, new product launches, and CRM/loyalty initiatives to boost storefront revenue. Collaborate with internal parties to ensure smooth operational flows and complete assigned projects within required timelines. • Business Development Support: Assist in coordinating new project setups and executing promotional collaborations with strategic business partners to drive multi-channel growth. • Store Operations & Support: Serve as a core bridge to handle day-to-day storefront operational needs, ensuring consistent standards across all retail locations. • Warehouse Liaison & Dispatch: Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline replenishment processes and ensure smooth outbound shipments to stores. • Backend & Expense Management: Oversee general backend administration and manage operational expenses (such as logistics costs and shrinkage). • Consignment Management: Liaise with existing consignment clients and proactively source new consignment opportunities. Requirements: • 5 years or above of robust experience in retail operations, retail marketing, or business development. • Hands-on experience in new store operations, system setups (POS/ERP), or BI reporting tools is a definite advantage. • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and manage "0-to-1" operational tasks. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with storefront teams, internal parties, warehouses, and external corporate partners. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
