Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong seeks a Chef de Cuisine – Ming Pavilion to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous, and professional service.
You will lead kitchen operations, develop authentic Hokkien menus, manage costs and inventory, and ensure HACCP standards while guiding the team under the Executive Chef.
This role requires 8+ years in luxury hotel kitchens, with 3 years in leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese.
