Job Duty
Client: A well-known bank with global presence. Benefits: - 5 Days Work - Medical Allowance - Work-life balance - Friendly and supportive team members - Bank holidays Responsibilities: - Provide first level IT Deskside support to end-users - Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services - Provide system administration and technical support services to account owners - Work as a team member in executing IT or communication projects or tasks for the company - Assist in ad hoc IT duties Requirements: - Diploma holder, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent - 1+ years of IT support experience - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese - Experience in PC problem solving and end user support
