Now hiring Position: Shift Manager / Certified Manager Location: IFC / Pacific Place / Times Square Salary up to $26,000 Full Time Working Hours • 9 hrs per day + 1 hr meal break Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Shack. • Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. • Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members. • Complete operational support functions (i.e. Inventory, etc.) Requirements: • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team • Strong problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Hygiene Supervisor Training Course certification, strongly preferred • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Certified Manager We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
