Graduate Recruiter / Part Time Intern (Banking & Financial Institutions)
Welcome Fresh Graduates & Part Time Interns - Full Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Understand the organizational needs and hiring criteria of the banks & FI firms.
- Source and conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle from initial calls, interview preparation, salary negotiation, to offer and onboarding stages.
- Assist in B-B communication with industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Preferably from business degree.
- Effective communication skills; High-energy and passion.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
