Job Ref No.: FTMO-2026-01 About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Officer to provide exclusive support to a Marketing and Business Development Section. The successful candidate will play a key role in museum culture and coordinating engaging campaigns, especially for children and families. Job Description: • Coordinate and assist in the execution of promotional and public engagement campaigns for various museums. • Manage at least one major promotional campaign targeted at children and families, including updating content on social media platforms. • Assist in handling museum souvenir projects, from production and marketing to inventory management. • Conduct market research and coordinate with external consultants and museum curators. • Assist in editing and producing promotional materials, publications, and digital content. • Provide daily administrative and logistical support, including venue booking and event setup. • Note: Shift duties on weekends and public holidays are strictly required to support museum events. Requirements: • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent (Majors in Marketing, Communications, Museum Studies, or Arts are highly preferred). • Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time working experience in Cultural Management (e.g., event management, arts administration, publishing, or marketing communications). • Language: Level 3 or above in both Chinese and English in HKDSEE / HKCEE, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Advantage: Candidates with practical experience in design software (e.g., Photoshop), photography, video shooting, and basic video editing will have a strong advantage.
