Job Duty

Responsibilities： -Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant including hall, kitchen and drink bar -Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency -Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness -Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues -Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stocktake regularly -Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication -Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned -Deliver food & beverage items to guest Requirements： -Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines -5 years solid managerial experience in operations management in Food and Beverage industry -Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume high end/fine dining establishment -Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills -Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills -Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin and Japanese is a plus -Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel -Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Rstaurant Manager Working location: Central Benefits： Generous Annual leave entitlement :10 days Regular off per month: 6 days Birthday Leave Annual salary review Tips 50% pay Transport Allowance Meal Allowance $45 per day Statutory holiday 有意者請於星期一至五 10:00-19:00 ☎️ [protected-phone-number] / WhatsApp [protected-phone-number] 賴小姐，或email個人履歷至 [email protected]
