Job Duty
Work location: Fo Tan Job Description: Work closely with the Bakery Team to produce bread, e.g. Sourdough, Bread Loaf, Focaccia, Buns, Cookies etc. Responsible to daily operation such as food preparation, dough making, lamination, kneading, baking, molding etc. Monitor the standard of food quality and quantity of the Company Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area Perform ad-hoc tasks as per required Job Requirement: At least 2 years’ relevant experience in bakery industry Comprehensive knowledge of bakery procedure and central kitchen operation Benefits Duty meals provided 12 days Annual Leave Paid Sick Leave Marriage Leave Compassionate Leave Education subsidies Career Growth Opportunities
