Job Duty

We are looking for a Full time/ Part time Marketing and Customer Service Officer (Tsuen Wan ) 

Job Description:
 * Maintain, update and grow company social media * Daily admin work, answering questions about the center's training courses * Scheduling appointments with clients, handling course enrollment, transaction, finance * Sending update information to parents about students performance and maintain effective communication  * Collecting payment from parents  * Assist to maintain social media such as Facebook, help to edit video and design poster. Job Requirement : * Proficient in using video editing, generating social media posts * Willing to learn and humble * Polite and friendly attitude * Excellent communication skills, able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English * Love to work with Children and Parents * Excellent knowledge of Office/ Excel/ Word/ Chinese Typing
