We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to play a criticalrole in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and businessapplication ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:

• Networkand infrastructure engineering
  
• Businessapplication support (especially POS systems)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Definesystem/solution architecture for business applications (components,databases, services, integrations)
  
• Design,operate, and maintain network and communication infrastructure
  
• Installand configure IT devices (servers, routers, switches, firewalls)
  
• Provideday-to-day IT support including operations, performance, and systemrecovery
  
• Monitorsystems health, performance, batch processing, and support facilities 24/7
  
• Designand implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans; leadperiodic drills
  
• Performcapacity planning and resource sizing based on workload projections andindustry trends
  
• Provideafter-hours and ad-hoc system support
  
• Managevendor services and ensure quality IT support for users
  

Key Requirements

• Degreeor above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  
• Minimum6 years of experience in:
  
• Networkinfrastructure
  
• Businessapplication support
  
• Familiaritywith:
  
• MSDynamics, Power Automate, SAP, POS, Property Management Systems, and AI(advantageous)
  
• Firewallmanagement, PAM (Privileged Access Management), and EDR (EndpointDetection & Response)
  
• Certificationssuch as CCNA / CISSP are a plus
  
• Strongproject management, interpersonal, and communication skills
