Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator - SAP, Vlook up - ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd

• Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and customer to enter appropriate account information. Follow screening process for new accounts.
• order creation in SAP system
• collaborate with Operations departments or some other internal team on product availability and shipment arrangement
• Feedback shipping schedule of orders to customer via Salesforce
• prepare quotes and proforma invoices for customer orders, ensuring pricing, product, and quantities are correct.
• Processing billing requests in SAP system and handle invoices submissions to customers
• Generating daily reports from SAP system
• Prepare daily Sales Reports regarding open/shipped and backlog orders.
• Prepare data of shipped orders with contact information and send for transactional survey on a weekly basis.
• Return Materials Authorization for post-sale services.
• Other duties as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with related working experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Admin
• Salesforce, SAP or ERP system knowledge is an advantage
• Capability on email communication in English effectively
• Ability to handle multi-tasks
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with order entry is essential
