Job Description

• Provide advanced technical support to service teams, customers, and field technicians.
• Investigate vehicle performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support commissioning, vehicle inspections, software updates, and fleet deployments.
• Analyze telematics and vehicle data to improve reliability and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain service procedures, technical bulletins, and repair documentation.
• Deliver technical training and mentoring to engineers, technicians, and service partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Support warranty investigations and technical reporting.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide professional technical guidance when required.
• Assist with emergency field support and on-site technical interventions.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, EV, battery, or related industrial service engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems
• Experience using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and service locations as needed.
• Valid Hong Kong Driving License Class 1, 2 holder
