Blueprint Creation: Draft comprehensive project scopes and user requirements by extracting stakeholder insights, analysing market shifts, and navigating compliance guardrails.
Vendor & Budget Navigation: Act as the primary liaison for external partners and third-party developers, ensuring strict adherence to delivery schedules and financial constraints.
Quality Assurance: Lead rigorous end-to-end user testing phases across all mobile applications and browser-based trading portals prior to deployment.
Technology Implementation: Actively explore and deploy cutting-edge technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to drastically reduce manual bottlenecks.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Host and facilitate alignment meetings with regional internal departments and local working groups to maintain project synergy.
Executive Reporting: Deliver transparent, data-backed progress updates directly to senior leadership.
Digital Operations Support: Utilise data analytics and market intelligence to guide the wider e-business strategy and broad marketing initiatives.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience rooted in IT, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce environments.
A completed Bachelor’s degree focusing on Computer Science, Electronic Commerce, or a highly related technical field.
Complete fluency (both verbal and written) in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders.
A highly analytical mindset with an eye for granular details, paired with a natural ability to design creative solutions to complex technical roadblocks.
A proven track record of managing technology projects specifically within the banking, wealth management, or broader financial services sectors is highly preferred.
Practical experience visualising data and drawing insights using industry-standard platforms like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI, particularly utilising their AI-integrated features.
