about the job.

This is a newly created, high-visibility individual contributor position responsible for leading the strategic design, operational delivery, and regulatory compliance of Total Rewards across the APAC region.

Working closely with senior regional business leaders and European Head Office stakeholders, you will oversee annual compensation cycles, benefit program reviews, market benchmarking, and regulatory remuneration disclosures.

skills & experiences required.

• Minimum 8–12+ years of dedicated Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits experience, with a solid background within the Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services sector.

• In-depth working knowledge of HKMA CG-5 guidelines and sound remuneration governance frameworks within banking is essential.

• Proven experience managing C&B programs across multiple APAC locations (Hong Kong, Singapore, and regional branches).

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday (Compensation & Benefits modules) and advanced numerical/Excel modeling skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with demonstrated success working across cross-cultural, European-headquartered matrix organizations.

• Comfortable in operating as an autonomous, hands‑on Individual Contributor who can seamlessly switch between strategic policy design and quantitative operational execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
