A financial services organisation located in Kowloon, specialising in technology-driven solutions within the banking sector.

Support and drive regulatory change programmes from planning through implementation.
Assess the impact of new regulations issued by local and global regulatory authorities.
Develop and enhance policies, operational procedures, and control frameworks to meet regulatory obligations.
Partner with front-to-back business functions to implement regulatory and policy changes effectively.
Deliver training and guidance on new regulations, controls, and operational processes.
Perform risk and control assessments to identify key risks and mitigation measures.
Facilitate governance forums and steering committees to monitor regulatory implementation and non-financial risk matters.
Ensure change initiatives are embedded successfully into business-as-usual operations and deliver intended benefits.

Degree holder with extensive experience in financial markets, regulatory compliance, change management, or related disciplines.
Proven track record in managing regulatory transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
Strong understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
Demonstrated experience supporting governance forums, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
