Internship - FUTU Holdings

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute campus brand activities. Working in teams, lead no fewer than 2 themed campus events per year, covering proposal planning, budget management, venue coordination, materials liaison, and on-site execution, while taking ownership of event performance and brand exposure.
2. Support Futu's campus promotion programme by driving brand communication and channel expansion through social media, campus societies, and student social networks, so as to raise brand awareness among the target student community.
3. Proactively gather students' needs and feedback on financial products, event formats, and content; conduct pain-point analysis and student-feedback studies, and produce research reports.

Requirements:

1. Essential: Full-time student at a higher-education institution in Hong Kong, from Year 2 up to postgraduate level, with an expected graduation date of 2028 or later; open to all majors; minimum commitment of one year. Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills.
2. Preferred: Prior experience as a committee member of a finance/business-related society; operational experience or a degree of influence on social platforms such as Instagram, Threads, Facebook, or X; a strong interest in finance and investment, with market insight and logical thinking; strong execution and teamwork skills, along with prior experience in student societies, associations, event planning, or marketing.
