Job Description

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this person will partner closely with a diverse and multicultural C‑suite, providing strategic leadership on talent, culture, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation across multiple regions. This is a unique opportunity to influence business strategy at the highest level, helping shape the future direction of a truly global organisation. The successful candidate will bring a balance of commercial acumen, strategic vision and people leadership, with the ability to navigate complex global environments and drive sustainable growth through an outstanding people agenda and business plan. He/she will play a critical role in fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture, developing leadership capability from a people strategy perspective. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping culture, accelerating organisational performance, building leadership capability, and ensuring the company attracts, develops and retains world‑class talent across multiple geographies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources professional should have:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related subject
• Candidate with an MBA or Master Degree will be a plus
• At least 20 years of relevant HR experience
• Candidate who has worked across different geographical locations is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
• Track record in career development of his/her career journey and able to demonstrate key achievements
• Strong commercial sense in connecting people strategy to tangible KPIs and business goals
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as a Deputy level role
