Business Officer (Overseas)

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and implementing business development strategies to maximize partnership opportunities.
• Assist in planning business development initiatives with key shopping mall developers in Mainland China and overseas.
• Assist in reviewing and preparing business documents for clients, including leasing agreements.
• Assist in assessing feasibility of potential locations for opening new branches with strategic and economic considerations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to build new business relationships and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of solid and relevant working experience, preferably in retail/jewellery industry.
• Previous experience in business development is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge and insights into the Mainland China and overseas market is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin) written and spoken communication.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Business Officer (Overseas).
