Assistant Manager (Brand Marketing) - Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities

1. Lead brand initiatives end-to-end — from creative brief to post-launch evaluation
2. Distill brand briefs into clear project plans, timelines, and task assignments
3. Assemble project teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution
4. Manage project milestones and resources; anticipate and resolve roadblocks
5. Ensure all creative assets, copy, and cross-channel deliverables align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity

Requirements

1. 4+ years in marketing project management, brand management, or related fields
2. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time, within scope, and on budget
3. Strong project workflow skills (Agile or Kanban experience preferred)
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn subjective creative feedback into clear, actionable next steps
5. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously
6. Solid understanding of consumer journeys, market trends, and retail ecosystems
7. Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is also required
8. Strong project management skills
