An elite US law firm is seeking a high‑calibre Corporate Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its market‑leading Hong Kong team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 1–3 years’ PQE from a reputable international or leading local law firm
• Possess strong academics
• Have experience across a broad range of corporate transactions, including IPOs and M&A
• Demonstrate excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
• Be commercially minded and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment
