Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and operational reliability of the data ingestion pipeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the global data team, market stakeholders, and the market IT team for data ingestion and data quality initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Process and analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, customer acquisition, cross‑selling, upselling, retention, and maximizing customer value.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, operations, agency, partnership, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
