Less experience in Senior Software Automation Testing Engineer position
Responsibilities
- software design testing for firmware and automation in factory
- Platform Architecture : Design and maintain firmware test platforms, automation scripts, and auto-reporting systems.
- FW Collaboration : Partner with firmware developers to customize the platform for project‑specific needs.
- Team Leadership : Guide engineers in writing new features, debugging software, and improving system reliability.
- Project Management : Control execution timelines and manage schedules to hit project milestones on time.
Technical Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience : 8+ years in software design testing for firmware and automation in factory.
- Must have experience in contact with firmware team.
- Primary Language : Advanced proficiency in Python .
- Secondary Languages : Knowledge of Scala , Java , C# , and VBA .
- Methodologies : Strong command of Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Functional Programming .
- Documentation : Proven track record of writing clean requirement specs and design documents.
