Rosewood Hotel Group is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager in Hong Kong to oversee the operations of MARMO Bistro. This role focuses on ensuring service excellence, operational consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of F&B experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position, and a strong appreciation for French bistro culture, leading and developing teams while enhancing guest experiences.
