about the job

• Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts and identify expansion opportunities across on‑trade channels, specifically HORECA, major F&B and hotel groups, bars, fitness and gym centres, schools and workplace.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key business partners and distributors to ensure deep market coverage.
• Implement effective channel promotion plans and manage trade spending within the allocated budget to ensure long‑term account profitability.
• Act as the authentic, highly credible face of the brand, nurturing relationships with local influencers, venue operators, and promotional agencies.

skills & experiences required

• Degree holder with more than 1 year of sales experience within FMCG.
• Familiar with on‑trade channels, specifically HORECA, major F&B and hotel groups, bars, fitness and gym centres, schools and workplace.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities to manage complex partnerships.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Sales Executive title.
