Responsibilities
- Perform on‑site deskside support including IMAC, desktops and laptops installation, image cloning, hardware/software troubleshooting, follow‑up action, coordination and escalation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems technologies
- Provide technical support of daily deskside support and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Education background: Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Qualification: Holder of MCSE/MCTS/MS900 is preferred
- Skills: Support experiences on deskside / network support, Windows patch support
- Good communication skill for daily operation
- Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure
- IT working experience: At least 1 year relevant experience in IT support, system administration and networking
