- Work closely with internal departments to conduct user requirements gathering and analyze business requirements.
- Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals.
- Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plan.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
- Design specifications and manual for workflows improvement.
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of proven experience working in a technical writing position.
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficiency in MS Office an Agile methodology.
