About the Role Come join OMA and turn every customer interaction into a little adventure. ✨ We’re looking for a Part-time Sales Assistant to join our young and energetic team across our Ma Wan store and pop-up locations. You’ll be helping customers discover scents they love, sharing OMA’s stories, and creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience — not just selling perfume, but helping people find their scent. What You’ll Do -Welcome and connect with customers in a friendly, natural way -Introduce OMA fragrances and recommend scents based on customers’ preferences -Create an enjoyable, personalised shopping experience -Handle sales transactions and basic store operations -Keep the store clean, organised and visually on-brand -Support the team with daily store operations and events What We’re Looking For -Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking to different people -Passionate about fragrance, fashion, lifestyle or retail -Good communication and a positive, energetic attitude -Responsible, attentive and willing to learn -Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not essential -Available to work weekends and/or selected weekdays What You’ll Get -Competitive hourly pay + team sales commission -Staff discount on OMA products -Hands-on experience in a growing Hong Kong brand -A young, supportive and energetic team -Opportunities to grow with OMA as we continue our adventures About OMA OMA — One More Adventure.
