IT Trainee (iBank, Fresh Graduates Welcome)
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software, firmware, and infrastructure.
- Resolve escalated Helpdesk tickets and assist with remote/WFH setups.
- Log and track service requests while documenting support procedures.
- Partner with local and global IT teams to ensure policy compliance.
- Manage multi-channel communications (Teams/Email) and participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh Graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent English; Chinese languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn and grow within the financial technology sector.
- Must be a permanent resident or hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
