Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager, HKTW (Ref. No.: 27746)

Our client, a leading Luxury brand, is seeking a high-calibre individual for this position

Job Duties

• Media & PR – Plan and execute annual media strategies, manage KOL/editor relationships, oversee press materials, and protect brand reputation through proactive crisis management
• Celebrity Management – Build and manage local celebrity partnerships, coordinate styling and social media exposure, and align with global talent strategies
• Visual Merchandising – Implement global VM guidelines across retail touchpoints, manage window displays and seasonal updates, and conduct store training
• Retail Marketing – Plan in-store events and activations, liaise with mall partners, collaborate with retail teams on materials, and analyze performance to optimize ROI
• Cross-Regional Collaboration – Align with China and HQ teams, report on market trends and campaign results, and adapt global strategies for local execution
• Budget & Reporting – Manage annual marketing budget, track spend and ROI, prepare financial reports, and support planning processes with data-driven insights

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
• 5+ years in marketing communications role; Luxury, jewellery, fashion, or beauty industry background preferred
• Strong understanding of HK/TW luxury consumer psychology and market trends
• Strong existing network with local media, celebrities, and KOLs
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with intercultural experience
