Job Description
- This Head of Retail Information Technology (Hong Kong) is for Group Information Technology – Retail HK.
- Manage the IT services teams to provide direct support to the business units to achieve greater customer satisfaction
- Manage the team to implement the defined IT blue print for sustainable customer service
- Lead the team to enhance service process and define workflow with the business
- Review the priority and resources on delivering IT support services
- Maintain the platform for 3rd level support from GIT
- Manage the vendors in carrying out the out-sourced support services
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 12 year experience in IT field and with 5 years in managerial role
- Experience in project management, vendor selection and management
- Good communication and presentation skills with strong leadership skill
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
